During his 23 year career with the FBI, Aaron Weeter, AArrow's founder, worked on investigations involving a wide variety of violations, detailed below, which provide a diversity of exposure and a wealth of information and institutional knowledge to his clients as to the steps involved in criminal, civil and regulatory investigations, the pitfalls to avoid, and the measures to take toward resolving these matters.

Aaron Weeter is the Founder and President of AArrow Consulting and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for more than 25 years and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) for more than 5 years. He brings over 27 total years of investigative and financial expertise through a 23 year career as a financial crimes Special Agent and
Aaron Weeter is the Founder and President of AArrow Consulting and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for more than 25 years and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) for more than 5 years. He brings over 27 total years of investigative and financial expertise through a 23 year career as a financial crimes Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and 4 years as a Senior Tax Accountant with Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Through his career as a Special Agent, Aaron led and/or participated in countless financial crime investigations, preparing affidavits and executing dozens of search and seizure warrants, serving financial subpoenas and analyzing and presenting the results of these investigative techniques in preparation for prosecutions. Through the course of his investigations and federal criminal and civil trials, Aaron interviewed hundreds of witnesses and subjects in preparation for criminal complaints, indictments or trials gaining information and/or confessions crucial to successful prosecutions. Aaron has testified in dozens of federal court matters as well as in state court.
Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce Prior to his career with the FBI, Aaron gained valuable experience as a tax accountant preparing federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals and foundations
